How do I get started?

 

We encourage you to bring in any items that fit in your car Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments are required for furniture in order to ensure your pieces will have the perfect place on our floor.

For larger pieces, please email a picture to Browneyedgirlconsignments@gmail.com. BEG employs extra help on Saturdays to unload from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., so if you do not have your own man/woman power, Saturday is best for everyone.

 

Do you offer pick-up/delivery?

We are happy to provide a list of our favorite movers for your convenience.
 

How long do you keep my items?

 

Consignor items are on the floor for 75 days, The contract is for 60 business days, but additional days are added since BEG is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The consignor is asked to pick up their unsold items between the 75th and 80th day and must give notice to BEG in order for us to have your items ready for pick up. The pick-up date for your items can be viewed on your emailed inventory list. We are unable to compensate for items donated or sold after 80 days.

How am I paid?

 

Checks are available for pick up on the 16th of the month following the month in which items sell.  Checks must be cashed before the 90-day limit.

Consignors may sign into the BEG portal in order to determine if monies are owed. Please advise BEG if you choose to keep your monies as store credit, so we can make a note.

 

How are prices set?

 

We determine a fair resale value. Like you, we want to get the most we can for your treasures. Any information you want to provide about your piece is always welcome, as it will assist us in researching in valuing your item.

Prices drop 15% every 19 days but never go below half of the original price. Seasonal items ( ie. Christmas, Halloween, etc.) may be discounted at the discretion of BEG.

• Rugs small size only NO PET DAMAGE
